Unable to connect to ea servers

So I'm getting an error message that says I can not connect to ea servers at this time, check my connection and try again later. I've been getting this message for the last week or more. I've got internet connection so I don't know why I'm getting this message.

Having the same issue and no help for EA on Twitter as suggested by support documentation.

use the Ethernet connection and put the console on dmz! hope it Works!
