Hey guys

I was just wondering, is there no way i can start over and back to lvl 1 again?

I really dont wanna create a new gamertag and buy new plus so is there?

Ive tried going to the saved data management on the ps4 but pvzgw doesnt appear.

Sorry for the late response.

All save data on any platform is saved on the Cloud, a helpful storage that can store tons of data, usually business related, has reliable security, and backup. Currently, there's no way to access this without someone that's authorized in doing so (i.e. Origin Customer Service Personnel).

You could try contacting customer services to try to wipe your account: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/

Also note that they will probably ask security questions just to identify it's you.

Here are the steps towards getting the proper help:

1. Select Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare from the catalog.
2. Select your platform
3. For topic, select "Game Play/In Game"
4. For the type of issue, select "Requesting Stats Reset"
5. Describe your issue in the following box.
6. Contact the proper help listed in the next page.

Same but on garden warfare, for * sake we payed for these games so why can’t we reset the data, I might just have to get a refund then if I can’t factory reset my data because they aren’t getting a single penny out of me any longer  * EA!
