Hi All,

I've been trying for the past hour or so to connect my son's new game on the Xbox 360 - I joined him (and myself) to Xbox Live and 'purchased' Xbox Live Gold in order for him to do so.

Every time he enters the game - under both his and my profile the following error message appears:

"Your gamer profile does not have the correct permissions to access XboxLive"

I have gone through all the settings and also tried the 'Call Me Back' button on here - but unfortunately I'm based in the UK and not America or Canada so that doesn't work either.

If anyone can please help it would be appreciated.

I spoke to xbox/ microsoft online chat - managed to sort it out.... had to change the permissions for the purchasing for my child - had to do under xbox one as well even though he has an xbox 360... all sorted now

Hi Sandra

I had to buy the xbox live for the account that will be playing the game. In order to do this successfully I had to allow permission to purchase this for my son's account, but also had to change the permissions under the xbox one section as well as the xbox 360.

Plants vs zombies garden warfare 1 just download and it says I do not have the correct Xbox live permissions. Could you please fix that. I am on Xbox 360. The username is DemonGoku88. Please fix that on that account which is mine and also fix my other Xbox 360 account with the same issue that is named Gaius88XLX. Thank you now could you go fix that now for both accounts. Bye.
