Quit game bug. Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare

Hey guys I have a problem. Alwayes when i try to quit my game it crashes and turns into black screen. When i try to kill it in task manager it stays like it works in background and my pc dosnt give me permissions to kill it. Help What shoul I do !
