PvZ progression tranfer PS3 to PS4

I'm about to buy a PS4 next month. Sow my question is:

Is it possible to transfer my progression of PvZ Gardenwarfare on my PS3 to PS4 when i use the same PSN account?

Buying the game a second time, I'm not botherd about that, but I would find it really frustrating to start all over again.

Unfortunately your progress doesnt transfer between consoles so you will have to start over with the PS4 version.
