Psn pre order not working

Ok so I pre ordered plants vs zombies on ps4 on the day before it came out and when it download I went on the sticker shop and there was no pre order bonus no chomper princess one and nothing except the one that gives you a character and no one that gave me a hat I already restored my licenses so please help as quick as you can this is really making me mad I would really appreciate it thank you ea my psn is coldenmiller please

I am having the same issues. I got the other digital pre-order bonuses (Sly Cooper hat) but the Fat Princess Chomper hat just sits in my downloads queue and says "cannot download." As I said, it downloaded the other pre-order bonuses just fine, but this will not work.

I have restored licenses, done all the other steps outlined in the tech support pages. It simply will not allow me to download the item even though it shows up in the "Related Items" submenu of the game.

I would like an answer to this question if anyone has solved it. Thanks.
