Plants vs zombies garden warfare

Hi I'm trying to make plants vs zombies garden warfare work. I am playing on an x box 360, I have an x box live set up to the game ut it's saying I dont. HELP!

Do you have a Xbox Live Gold membership or just a basic account? You need to have XBox Live Gold in order to play games online.
