PVZ garden warfare- not correct permissions

I am connect to xbox live with a gold membership- I have plenty of storage space and PVZ will not start. I get the message "your profile does not have the correct permissions to access xbox live funtionality".. pls help and thank you!

Odd, usually this message only appears if you're out of Xbox Live Gold. Though I suppose it's possible that it may appear on a child account that has parental restrictions preventing the game too.
