PS4 plants vs zombies multiplayer

Does anyone know if you can play 2 players (same house) with 2 controllers in plants vz zombies garden warfare?

On PS4 and Xbox One, 2 local player Splitscreen is available, but you're unable to play online with others. The only two player mode is Splitscreen, where you and a friend will fight a never ending waves of zombies.
