Map glitches and bugs

I just got the Xbox One version of PvZ GW and I decided to do garden ops on chomp town. I glitch through the map, no matter how many times i re-launch the game and pick the same map or respawn from the pause menu. On other maps the starting area is easy to walk on, but then the floors of some areas are removed and you can see buildings floating in the air, causing you to fall through the map, and this usually causes me to instantly die.

Are there any fixes to this?
