Yes, i provided support with my details and the characters missing. I have to admit, there support has been great in regards to asking me the proper questions, i'm just hoping to get this resolved for my son soon.

My sons also lost tons of charactres. We spent a lot of money on them.
Now, around 80% of stickers/characters are missing. I'm going to call EA and request support. If that will not help Im going to request refund as this is unaccptable.

Specific pre-Feb 25th character variant that's missing:
From Feb 25th to March 5, all characters were unlocked for everyone, so no one was able to purchase any characters during this time. Unfortunately it was poorly communicated, and took many players by surprise.

Support fixed my issue, just wanted to come back to let everyone know they need to go through the proper steps to ensure they can rectify the issue.
