I have the EXACT same problem and it's incredibly frustrating!!! I simply cannot play garden ops with friends. If I do it instantly crashes to dashboard. 

Who can I call or email about this? It's really really frustrating. I know it's not just me now. 

It does not matter how we join the absolute second a friend joins my game or i join his the game crashes to dashboard. I can even record it on video if you need me to. 

What gives!?!?! Even if I join a Garden Ops game then my friend joins that random game I still get kicked to dash. 

Killer Mildew are you using Homesharing?

Technically, yes. But I haven't had problems with any other games ever. X1 forces under 18 users to connect a parent account, so I used my friend's, and we opened every option available. So I haven't had any problems, even playing games like BF4 and Dragon Age (y'know, really violent). It would really suck if that were the problem.

And I'm homesharing with a friend, if that is part of it. Though he has no problem playing G-Ops.
