Can't Launch Game, and it's Missing from Xbox Store

I have the digital version of the game, I went to launch it, and I got an error code saying if I own the game to insert the disc. I tried unplugging the X1 to see if that would fix it. It didn't. Thought I might need to reinstall it, and it's missing from the xbox store! I don't see it in the EA Access vault either, what is happening?
It's like my worst nightmare come true!!!

Im having the exact same problem. I have had the xbox one digital version since its launch in february but now its telling me to insert the disc

Had the same problem but it launches now. Meanwhile Im still in chat with an "advisor" who is trying to find out if something is even wrong in the first place. /smh
