Hi guys, some people on PC and Xbox seem to be having an issue I am trying to track down.  

If you unlocked a character but cannot access it I need the following information:

i'm missing several zombies and plants since i didn't write them down i'll just list my missing favorites:

fire cactus

Dino scientist

Alien Sunflower

painter engineer

those are the ones i use the most so i was really upset when i couldn't find them, 

i'm missing others but i can always win them back. Also i got a general one i didn't have before 

i think is like a replace for the solider zombie i lost.

my xbox one gamer tag is assassinelite47 and i played this game on the 360, unlocked every character came onto the xbox one on the game and i had for the first 3 days of owning the game before i lost my characters

If you're saying you dont have characters on Xbox One that you already unlocked on Xbox 360, this is as design. The data is not transferable between the two consoles.
