Plant's Vs Zombies Garden warfare 1 and 2 PC problem help me please!

When I load up PVZ GW2 Or PVZ GW1 On PC it then says oh no failed to retrieve you're saved data and then when I press ok it then says do you want to continue with out saving I keep getting this problem on both games can someone help me?
