Do you have Xbox Live Gold? Xbox Live Gold is required to play.

O.k.. Confused.  We just purchased an XBox one after having the 360 and playing online multiplayer with the same gamer profile (gold account).   Whey am I getting this same error when the user account has the gold membership?

This is a rip off ,why should i buy the game if am suppose to bay extra for stupied gold membership ,and everywhere i should sign in do account ,man xbox and ea sucks
