Yet another who can't connect to EA servers - xbox360

So, as above. Haven't been able to connect in days. Have owned the game almost a week and have managed to play for about 30 minutes.

I can't connect at all on my Xbox 360, my wife connects randomly on hers.

I've forwarded the ports, cleared the cache etc

What's next? Because to be totally honest, I'm more than a little angry...
