PvsZ Garden Warfare constantly crashing/lagging

I just bought Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare on my Xbox One yesterday. I have tried playing Garden Ops and some of the multiplayer types all the games have been super laggy and I often am dropped from games with the error code that says " your connection has been lost." I have already checked my internet speeds and multiplayer connection with my Xbox and nothing is wrong, I also reset my router just to be sure, but it has not helped. Is there anything I can do to fix this? The game is almost unplayable.

Have you looked at your internet connection on your gaming system. Or maybe you don't have Wi-Fi on your system. I knew I couldn't play Plants vs. Zombies because I didn't have Wi-Fi the first day I got it.
