PvZ GW 1: In-game connectivity issues (MASSIVE lags) (PC - EU)

Hey everyone!

As the title states, I am experiencing HUGE lags and 4/5 GvG games are unplayable for me. It's really weird because my brother who lives 30 mins away from me and plays on the same server is practically playing lag-free on both his PC and laptop... Sometimes when I ignore the lags my game just crashes at random (has happened 2-3 times today).
I would like to underline that my PC performance shouldn't be the issue here. My dxdiag is joined in this message to prove my point. 
I get solid frame rates, it's the connectivity issues that drive me crazy though...
Actions I have taken so far:
- Updated my graphics driver
- Forwarded all ports suggested and traced the route to the EA servers (results joined)
- Reinstalled PvZ and Origin
- Rebooted my router + PC multiple times
- Uninstalled my antivirus
- Made sure there are no downloads currently going on and performed a speed test (normal results)
I am all out of ideas. 
What can I do? Any help is greatly appreciated. :eahigh_file:
Edit: I'm from Europe if thats any help to the problem
