Plants vz Zombies "failed to retrieve your saved data!" [ Edited ]

Im on xbox360. I been playing this cool game and havent had any problems with it. Yesterday i connect my xbox to the internet and i had to update the xbox and then when i get on the game it gave me an error message "failed to retrive your saved data!" Does anybody have a solution for this.??? Thanks

upon logging into the game myself it loaded everything successfully i assume the fix for the error is live

there isnt a solution yet the issue is currently being investigated by pop cap.

Hopefully they will solve it. I think its cause of the xbox update

I'm running a PC WINDOWS 7 64bit OS and getting the same message ERROR Failed to retrieve your saved data!

I'm having this same problem in GW e GW2.
Already tried to reinstall the game GW and Origin, but the problem continues.

Any suggestion?

This problem has been happening to me and nearly every other person I've seen connected to the Asia servers. I'm on a PC. This has been a problem for at least 3 days. I've tried restarting my computer and repairing the game. Nothing works.

PLEASE FIX THIS!
