Plant vs zobies cant conncet to ea server using ps4

Please help im using ps4 but when iplay pvz i cant connect to ea server.

@joverwalk I think the issue is that GW might not be correctly creating/linking an EA Account. Playing a FIFA match (or any EA game, but the FIFA demo is free and ok for all ages) shoudl ensure that a correct account is created and linked, which should make the GW issue go away. 

Hopefully we can get this fixed on our end, but for now I'd like to see if I can get some more confirmations on this workaround.

I've been having the same issue for three days now. Just got this game, have never gotten to play it yet. Tried setting the time, checking my network connection, restore my license. I know there are some outages you can check but I would have thought it would be working by now.

Thanks for the posts. Can I check if you've ever been able to play before? 

If you haven't been able to play before/are a new player, can you try downloading and playing the FIFA 17 demo, then try again?

If you've been able to play before, can I check what region you're in?

Still not working.  I just don't get it...  Internet connection is strong, just won't connect to the servers

I may have jumped the gun.  I checked PVZ before downloading FIFA.  FIFA is currently downloading, as soon as it's done I'll let you know.  Thank you for the follow up

IT WORKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Downloaded FIFA, created a new profile, and bam!
