HELP

ok so i got this game for my son. It will not let us play it. Says that "your profile does not have the correct permissions to acess xbox live functionality" i am completely lost. I have aquired an origin account, and changed all settings to adult on xbox. still nothing. what am i doing wrong. I am really game illiterate and could use help. thanks

I'm having the same problem! It keeps telling me to sign into xbox live to play this game. Then when I sign in it tells me xbox live isn't able to connect. I don't know what the issue is! Someone please help! I just bought this game today!
