Failed to retrieve game data PvZ:GW ps3

I would appreciate if someone could help me with this it has been happening for about 3 days now and cannot use any of my unlocked characters or abilities plus the tutorials every time I spawn appear again and again also I can't customize my characters either its removes the customizantion I would appreciate the help I tried to find the game data utility so I could delete it but it is not there I have the digital version of the game!!!
