Could not connect to EA-servers

Hello! 

We are to play plants_vs_zombies garden warfare on xbox 360.

It will not connect to EA-servers. 

We have done all the tips and tings that we could do ourselvs,  including asking our internet sopplier to open ports 88, 3074, 53 and 80.

It did work for a few minutes once (enough to receive som game characters) but not again.

What is the problem? 

The x-box live gold-member was bought for this purpose only. 

I have a son here who is devestated.
