Cannot Perform Character Transfer

I'm beyond angry that I just bought the game a couple days ago and apparently they've cut off he deadline to transfer my characters! I want someone to transfer my characters now or I'm so done! That was the point of buying the game now is atleast I would have characters I love playing with. Somebody needs to fix this on my account EA!

Me too... I had to bite it hard and start from scratch.  So far, I got 15 characters back now

Sorry that that happened to you. I am afraid that there is no fix that I know of, maybe try contacting EA?
