Can't access sticker shop

This error has happened to me on PS3 when attempting to purchase .99 in coins. The game halted on "Transaction in Progress" screen so I quit out and reset. Now when I try to access the Sticker Shop it always says it's closed.

I've tried turning off the console, and I'm the only one who plays so it's always one controller. Nothing is working... Is there something I'm missing?
