money back since split screen won't work

Hi...I purchased Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare for my PS4 and downloaded it from the Playstation Store.  I only want it for split screen off line play.  Your game I now see does not allow this unless I subcribe to Playstation Plus which I am never going to do.  How do I get my money back?

@Player_rc3onri3 Hi, you can try reaching out to Sony support, but I don't know if they'll have any guarantees regarding a refund, but they handle account queries.
