the game starts to download again when I copied it to my new pc

ok so I copied the game to my new pc and all updates where applied previously I placed in a folder and chose the installed location in origin but the game starts to download again but with a 1.69gb head start

The process is 

1. Start to download again the game from zero

2. As soon as the installer create the game folder , Exit all the EA instances, game and origin

3. Copy game content to the new created folder

4. Now after a little the game will be ready

I think the key is not to close the game downloading instance in step 2
