Endless black screen when playing PvZ GW2 online multiplayer

Whenever I try to play Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 online multiplayer and endless black screen with a little spinning flower in the corner appears. How do I fix this? Please help!

Do you still have this problem? Looking to see if I can just wait so it fixes and I can play again.

Sorry, this was 2 years ago and I can't remember the last time I played this game.
