why have you not responded a fix for my curser not working in a number of games

I am very disappointed  in your response to my request for a fix of my curser not working in a number of games. All you do is make me again fill out my request and then it goes to a site that does not include any of the games I play.

 I have a case number and code that has given me NO response.

Is there someone that will at least respond that you know there is a problem and YOU are working on it and will NOYIFY  ME by email as to what is going on. [edit: email address removed]

What games are you having issues with? Also what exactly is happening or going wrong in the  games?

This is the 1st post here on these forums for this account.

Repairing a mouse cursor is the responsibility of the computer owner

Are you using a Wireless mouse, if so, change the batteries

If it is wired, clean it and see if you have better results.  If you have

another mouse, then the buttons on your mouse may have worn out
