squelchies bonus game

every time I get the bonus round in Squelchies, one gets stuck on the top right hand jelly fish and will not come down.  I have to restart the game to continue

Sounds like a cache issue.

You need to clear your browser cache first. You'll find the instructions here: Clear your browser Cache

Then you have to clear the Flash player storage, it's as simple as a click just follow the 3 steps below and finally restart your browser.

1- Check your Global Storage Settings Go to the Adobe Flash Player Global Storage Settings panel. The box listing your Global Storage Settings is a tool and not an image. In the box you can apply changes to your settings. Click on the slider bar and move it all the way to the right (unlimited). Make sure "Allow 3rd party Flash content" is enabled Place a check mark beside "Store common Flash components to reduce download times" The tool automatically saves your changes so you do not have to worry about navigating away or accepting the changes manually.

2 - Clear your Flash Player Storage Go to the Website Storage Setting Panel. The box you see is a tool and not an image; it will allow you to make changes if you click on it. Click on "Delete All Sites" Once all sites are deleted please try your game again. 3- Adding Pogo to the trusted location list Go to the Flash Player Settings Panel Click on Edit locations and 'Add' These are the sites you need to add:  pogo.com game3.pogo.com pogospike-prod.pogo.com

this is not the way my flash player behaves.  It doesn't have the panels you refer to.

I still get the same error message: "Unable to connect to the server", after trying everything you mention.

Playing on a HP windows 7. Adobe flash player box keeps popping up on games like solitaire gardens which keeps me unable to play game. The Adobe flash players setting box has a question which says local storage, allow or deny. When I try to click on something it won't let me click on any of the options. Help please

@NEEN2GRAND This is a firewall permissions issue. Could you please add the following exceptions to your firewall/antivirus:

• pogo.com
• game3.pogo.com
• pogospike-prod.pogo.com
