I am writing on behalf of my sister JSF24630. She has been telling us for quite a while that her Poppit Bingo games does not look like mine or our sisters. She says the numbers on the cards do not load with two numbers (ex. 65 shows as just a 5). The only way she can play the game is when the ball comes up whatever color it is, she has to hit all the numbers in the row for that color until one pops. I had her send me a photo of the game as it looks when she is playing it. I don't know if I did it correctly, but I have tried to clip the pictures to this message for you to see what it looks like. There is no way a description could describe it.

Internet Explorer will not play the HTML games for most players.
It is plastered across the internet that the browser does not support HTML.
Edge should, but if it does not, then try another browser for better results.
I use Chrome to play most all the games unless I want to play a java game
then I use Pale Moon browser to play java games. I have 5 browsers on
this machine that I can use for Pogo if needed and it takes less than 45
seconds to switch browsers and start a new game.

In answer to your suggestion. First, my sister uses Edge browser, but has tried the game in IE 11. It does the same thing in both browsers. The link you sent for Internet Explorer where it says download to "fix it for me" says the solution has been retired and no longer supported. It does give you a list of items you can check but doesn't mention the problem specifically. Anyhow, this problem is in EDGE and the link only gives info for IE 9 or later and Chrome and says Firefox is similar. No where does it mention Edge.

Update: I had her try to fix it herself and go as suggested into IE and internet options, advanced tab, and check the acceleration hardware, etc. box and it does not fix the problem.

My sister downloaded Chrome and it fixed the problem. Thank you so much for your help.
