I am sorry to hear that you have run into issues with Pogo.
Could you please restart your computer and your router? Then please clear your browser cache: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Pogo/Clearing-your-Browser-Cache/m-p/4622044#M118548
If you use any browser add-ons/search or tool bars, please disable these (let me know which browser you use if you would like the instructions).
PS! Make sure not to disable Flash or Java.
