options not working for me

I am not able to ask for the Jack of Diamonds game under options for Hearts

If you want to play robots, you can.  this picture is for gin, but all the table 

games have a similar view.  Checkout how to set the options for a private

table:  Change table Options

That allows you to set your own table options for the game you are playing

and then you can make it private and play robots.  Instead of choosing 

robots.  Backgammon is the only table game that you cannot play robots 

with and requires 2 human players to play.

Yahtzee Party also cannot be played in private, but the name tells you it is 

a party of players.

Are you unable to edit any of the game options at all? Or is it just that one option you cannot choose? 

If you are unable to edit any of the options, then please make sure you are setting up your own table. You can find instructions for doing this in the following post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Pogo/Options/m-p/4085534#M91257

Several of the options in Hearts are checked.  It just won't let me add the Jack of Diamonds one.

Are you setting your own table or are you choosing robots?

If you are choosing robots, then you are unable to change options

choose a chat room then a table then you should be able to make

your own options.

it did work if I chose people, but I like to play the robots.  Wish I could do it that way.  Thanks for your input.
