I have lost the sound on all pogo games.

Here are some suggestions if you are still experiencing sounds issues, I also add tips given by Schovitch:

 ❶  Checking the speaker icon

    The icon looks like this one:
  

         

               OFF                  ➤➤➤       ON              

       ➤➤➤       

         OFF                  ➤➤➤       ON                                                    

❷ Clear Cache

• Clearing Your Browser's Cache
• Clearing Java cache

❸  Trying with an alternate browser

❹ Checking Speakers and Headset properties

Can you confirm you can see it and you can click on it please?
Otherwise you should also try with an alternate browser.
Make sure the Game screen resolution  and the zoom are properly adjusted.

did you try clicking the speaker icon above the chat area? that shuts off and turns sound on. if not that you can try cleaning caches. i lost sound in clair hart and by cleaning out browser cache, it solved the problem.

In all games for the last two days I have had no sound.  I do have sound on the computer in any other site but not on Pogo in any game.

I accidentally turned the sound off in my Bingo game on Pogo.  How do I restore it.  My computer sound is fine, but the game sound is off.

no sound for a week

have cleared all caches, speaker is on for the games, but I have no sound in pertinent games, such as fortune bingo, bingo luau, etc.  It does work in other games though.  Been like this for a week now.  Please help.  Thanks.

Have done all that is anywhere, and still no sound.  What else can I do?

I have cleared all caches, uninstalled and reinstalled Java, and still no sound in certain rooms, especially bingo ones that require sound

I have enbled what needed to be done as suggested, but still nothing.  Been 2 weeks now.  Please help.  Any other tips?  Thank you.
