I have done a compatibility scan on my laptop and have no problems. I did this because I will be playing a rated game and without any warning the game just disappears and I am disconnected. It takes me forever to find the game again and the end result is that I lose the game and my rating changes. I am quite annoyed with this and have no clue as to why this happens. It has happened the last 3 games that I have played. I have not played it for a while and thought it would be fun but it is just not working right. Please tell me why.

I am sorry to hear that you have run into this issue.

 

Just to check, are you by any chance closing the lobby window? Also, have you by any chance noticed if your opponent quits the game?
