java games not loading

★★ Novice

I am still having trouble loading games requiring java. I have updated java. I have also contacted you on multiple occasions in an effort to resolve this issue, yet you seem unwilling to correct this issue. There are several games in which I enjoy but cannot access, such as pogo golf solitaire, addiction solitaire, jigsaw puzzle treasure hunter, etc. Why are you not interested in fixing these issues?

I have included the foxfire and the java download.  PLEASE FIX THESE ISSUES SOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have checked all of this.  Java games are still not loading. WHY?  I also have the newest version of Internet Explorer. When I complete the system scan, it comes up with resolution not supported. I have completed all of the recommended  solutions and still cannot get the java games to load. I really want to play some of the java games such as addiction solitaire jigsaw puzzle and others.  Why can you not fix this issue.

I have completed all of this. Most Java games still will not load. Now it is saying the resolution for my computer is not supported. I  have been a paying member for several years and am considering not renewing my membership when it comes time to renew. This is very frustrating. WHY can you not fix the issues?

If you have exactly what is in this box, then your games will not work

on Pogo.  She is asking for your computer readings.  They should be

updated to the latest versions.  That is what you need to post, so she

can help you with your problem.

Java.com is recognizing windows 10 as a 32 bit operating system in some cases  it may actually be a 64 bit.   By uninstalling Java and then going to java support and downloading the 64 bit version manually fixes the java issues.  https://www.java.com/en/download/faq/java_win64bit.xml#Java for 64-bit       I know it should work with 32 bit but for many people it is not and it took me a while to  figure it out.  Hope this helps.
