★ Newbie

I keep getting a message that my computer does not have internet explorer 8 and I actually have 9. Now a window keeps popping up and saying I need to update adobe flash and a message that says that update is for internet explorer 7. I can not play the pogo games because of this

Hello,

First of all, here are the steps to take to make sure the newer version of Internet Explorer is being properly recognised.

First get IE's menu bar to show if it is not currently showing, to do this click "Alt." To get it to permanently stay there, right click and check the "Menu Bar" option.

Once your menu bar is showing, click "Tools."

Next, uncheck "Compatibility View."

You should no longer see the message across the top of your screen.

As far as Flash is concerned, please follow the instructions on this link to install or update it: https://help.ea.com/article/my-game-screen-is-not-loading

Hope this helps and that you're soon back playing.

Regards,

Stephen.
