downloaded game unable to connect for the points on pogo web site

payed for game, downloaded; game does not connect with web site and would like points added.  had older game that work fine.  open game; put in Id name and hit connect..

This game does not do that.

Had Tri peaks ruby ring (older game) it did connect for the points.  Will not work of this laptop.

If you have update for Ruby ring........ would prefer
