i cant remember my pw to speedyspees or pw to my email my name is <removed> i got connected from my face book phone has also changed old email [edit: email address removed] my new email is [edit: email address removed] my new phone number is <removed>please help so i  can re join Pogo

Please follow the instructions below to contact an Advisor for assistance:

1. Click on this link Contact Us  

2. Where it says: ’Select a topic' choose ‘Manage my account' from the drop-down list 

3. Where it says: 'What type of issue are you having?' choose 'Reset password'.

4. Click underneath the heading:  ‘Tell us a little more about your issue type something like 'Can't remember password, also my new email addy is not on file with Pogo'

5. Click the ‘Next’ button and depending on your geographical location and the time of day, you'll see the available contact options; Live Chat, Call Back or Email.

I recommend using the Call Back option if it's available.

Please post back if you run into any problems.
