cannot play 95 percent of games

C'mon POGO, you have to do better than this.  I cannot play my games.  This is making me very sad.  I did not pay for this.  Maybe you should hire capable programmers who can fix this problem.  Do you realize that hardly anyone is playing?  This is atrocious.  When will these problems be fixed.  Will I get a refund or credit for the myriad of days I am unable to play?  POGO is not fun anymore.

We can try to assist you with your issue, but we would need some more information.

1. Post a short list of the games you are having issues with (2 or 3) so we know if you are having issues with Java games, Flash games or both.
   
   
2. Post a detailed description on what is happening on your screen. Example: blank screen, stuck at the loading screen, error message...
