When are you going to resolve the issues with Crossword Cove?

Hi @JGM811,

Do you have issues with typing in the words on the crossword?

If so, could you please try using Chrome or Firefox browser? Crossword Cove currently has issues with IE11 and Edge which the studio is aware of.

Yes I am having issues as well. Correct answers do not highlight. No way to know if it is the right answer unless  you use the auto save. Been t his way for about a week now.

Hi @Kerri447,

Just to double check, are you sure you are not playing on 'Hard' difficulty? You can change difficulty at the bottom of the game.

No, I am not playing at the Hard level. I am playing at the Normal level. The correct answers no longer light up. There is a problem with the game.

What browser are you using? Could you try Google Chrome (I tested that browser just now and it seemed to work fine)?

I haven't been able to play Crossword Cove for over a month now.  Using Edge.   Finally & reluctantly downloaded Chrome onto my computer just to be able to play...NO SUCH LUCK.  Now I get the cripes message so I removed Chrome which I did not want to begin with.  Then I read today that they are doing away with US version of Crossword & switching to UK version.  I am now searching how to cancel my membership as the daily crossword was my main reason for joining Pogo.   I find myself going to Pogo less & less without the draw of my daily crossword over coffee in the morning.  PLEASE fix Crossword Cove.

Only the format changes for 6 months, the trivia questions will continue to

be the same as before.

There are other browsers besides Chrome you can try.  there is fire fox,

internet explorer, and several unsupported browsers.  I use Pale Moon to

play some of my games.
