Using Windows 10, Pogo page will not load!

I just got a new computer: HP Pavillion. I'm using Windows 10. Whether I connect using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge, Pogo will not load! With IE 11 I get a "Page Not Found" error! With Edge, the browser window will flash from "www.pogo.com" to my home page address and back again - without ever loading either page! Why is that happening?! How do I fix it!? Java is enabled and current. Pop-ups are not blocked. Cookies, first and third, are enabled. Hell, I've even set Pogo as a "Trusted" site!

@kidmanpe That indeed should not be happening. Could you try clicking on the following link and see if the same happens: http://www.pogo.com/?pageSection=cp_home_header_home

Do you have issues with other websites or is it just Pogo?
