A few other players have posted about it over on the Pogo forums. I do
not have this problem. I use Chrome as my browser.
What browser are you using? What games are you having a problem with?
I would like to see if I have the same problem.
Here is the thread from Pogo forums about the subject:

It looks like from this thread, the problem is on internet explorer for
several players, but some of the players in other threads are using
fire fox or safari. It seems to be a server base issue.
I am able to load and play the games using any of the 5 browsers I have
on my computer.

Hi @Sunny1958,
Thanks for the report and @ccboots56, thanks for tagging me.
Do you still have issues with this today? If you do, does the issue exist across all browsers?
Thanks,
EA_Mage

Could you please post both your Flash version and your system information? Also, who is your internet service provider?

Thanks for that @toptinmanswife.
This could be an issue with Safari or that version of it. Could you please make sure that your operating system (and Safari) are up to date: https://support.apple.com/en-ie/HT201541?
Thanks,

Hi @joy2praise,
Are you also on a Mac and using Safari?
If so could you please check if the same issue happens with Firefox or Chrome browsers?
Thanks,
EA_Mage
