TROUBLE LOADING STORY QUEST

I have never been able to get STORY QUEST to completely load.  I have scanned my computer several times and they say there is no problem and everything is up to date.

When I click on PLAY and the STORY QUEST comes up the word STARTING comes up.  Then the pictures of the games come up with a medium white square box in the upper right hand corner.  That is all it does.  the names of the people show that are playing the game as mine does but it will load any of the games.

I would really like to play this game.  All the other games plus the ones you have to find the hidden objects work just fine.  I have no other problems playing any of the games.

I am a paying POGO player!!
