To Whom It May Concern: 27, Nov. 2016
I've enjoyed playing Chuzzle since it began, even though have had a few problems with retrieving winnings. This time it's happened again! I won 37,400 tokens and it's stuck!
It's very frustrating because I can't even get in contact with "help". In order to do further ways to get in "help" I have "to leave the page" (which, of course, loses all tokens!). In the past I've had a lot of tokens so I just let it pass, but this time I am down to almost nothing. Please delve into this situation and retrieve my tokens. I enjoy playing chuzzle more than most of the other games. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. Sincerely Susie R.

The game does not use tokens, it uses coins.
Loss of Parlor Slot Coins:
Sorry, coins lost when you freeze are not replaced.
Only time the coins will be replaced by Pogo is if it
a site wide problem, and everyone lost their coins
at the same time.
In any of the Pogo Parlor games, if you are playing
and freeze then it is a loss of coins, to keep that from
Happening, move the mouse around or something to
let it know you are still playing.

this happens every time you get the 15 free spins and you land on the the little fuzzies In the white box and get tokens from it. Once the spin is complete and you get your tokens the screen won't go to the multiplier screen - its freezes the screen and if you clear your page you loose all the tokens.

I left out the part about it happening on the very last spin of the 15 free spins. It won't move to the multiplier screen/

You get free spins, what do you do during those free spins?
If you just sit and watch, then it is easy for your game to freeze up
move you mouse around the screen and it may keep that freezing
from happening. then you can continue after the free spins are over.

Hello @hux2_.
Rest assured, Pogo has been owned by EA since 2001, so the Pogo you love is still here.
Regarding your missing tokens, please contact our EA Help Advisors, and they can look into the issue for you.
To contact EA Help:
Please let them know when you should have won it, and what game. After that, please let us know how it goes!
