It sounds like you may have had a Java popup message that, when clicked incorrectly, may have blocked Pogo or certain parts of our games. A good thing to try is resetting your Java security prompts. You can do this by opening your Java control panel and restoring your Java security prompts. Once you do this, you’ll get all your security prompts again, and you can click “allow” on Pogo in order to allow Pogo and games to load. To restore the security prompts in Windows, click the Start button and type “Java.” Click the “Configure Java” button. This will bring up your Java control panel. Click the “Security” tab, and then click “Restore Security Prompts” button. Next click the “Restore All” button on the window that pops up. Now, next time you load, you’ll see some security prompts. Please be sure to allow Pogo games to load on these prompts.
While you are in the security area of your Java control panel, there is something else that you may want to do. Click on the “Edit Site List” there, and add the following 3 entries without the quote marks – “Pogo.com”, “game3.pogo.com” and also “pogospike-prod.pogo.com.” If you add these, you will see fewer Java security prompts.
