Poppit bingo is so slow and I cant get back to screen to collect my winnings

Ever since you added new levels and awards, Poppit bingo is so slow and I cant get back to the screen where you collect your winnings and it doesn't give me any winnings

I am sorry to hear that you have been having trouble with Poppit! Bingo.

As a first thing, I would recommend clearing your browser cache and cookies: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Pogo/Clearing-your-Browser-Cache/m-p/4622044#M118548

If the issue remains, could you please check if the same thing happens in a different browser? If you are using IE11, could you please switch to Chrome or Firefox?
