Poppit Bingo issues

On Pogo Bingo..when playing a game and I go to click on a power up  the screen goes  black and i have  to go  out and reset pogo  and  try  again.  This loses  my tokens  and  anything up to that point i have played..I  use  Firefox as  my browser.. i  dont like losing  my tokens and point s ..why does  this  happen? Today it happened  3  times in a row  even after restarting computer,   was playing level 8 with 4 cards

First thing I would recommend would be to clear your browser cache: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache

If you use browser add-ons/extension, please check if the issue still occurs if you disable them (Flash should remain enabled): https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/disable-or-remove-add-ons

Disabling hardware acceleration in Firefox may helps as well: Go to Options - Click on Advanced - Click on General - Uncheck the box that says Use Hardware acceleration when available.
