Majhong Garden

When trying to play Majhong Garden for the past couple of days, I have lost my advancement.  I was up to about 3900 our of 5580 and now I am back to zero with the others locked.  What's up with that?

There is a bug that occurs very rarely that may cause players dragon age to reset. The studio is aware of this but unfortunately, we are unable to restore the age.
